 32MB nVidia GeForce 256 GPU for Windows 98 Ver3.91 Preparation for downloading, extracting, and installing the driver: Creating your own folder on your desktop: 1. Right click on the Windows desktop screen. 2. When a small menu pops up, select [New] and click [Folder]. 3. Once the New Folder has created on the desktop screen, rename the folder for your convenience. How to rename the folder: 1. Right click on the newly created folder. 2. When a small menu pops up, select and click [Rename]. 3. Type whatever you would like. For example, if you would like to download a sound driver for your computer, make the name [NewSound] and press [Enter]. How to download and extract: 1. Click FTP button on our WEB site, and download the file to the newly created folder to download. 2. Double-click the folder you created. 3. Double-click the file you have downloaded it named as [00000***.exe]. How to install the driver in Windows 98 1. Start the Windows. 2. On your screen, locate and click on [Start] button. From the Start menu, select [Settings] then click on [Control Panel]. 3. In the "Control Panel", double click on [Display] icon, then "Display Properties" window appears. 4. On the "Display Properties" window, click on "Settings" tab, then click on [Advanced]. 5. From the Properties window, click on [Change]. 6. When the "Update Device Driver Wizard" window appears, click on [Next]. 7. Select "Search for a better driver than the one your device is using now. (Recommended)", then click on [Next]. 8. When the window appears which is asking you to select the location of device driver files, select the folder you have extracted the driver files and click on [Next]. 9. When the "Windows driver file search for the device" window appears, click on [Next]. 10. When the "Update Device Driver Wizard" window with the message "Windows has finished installing an updated driver for your hardware device" appears, click on [Finish]. 11. When the "System Settings Change" window appears, click on [Yes] to restart your computer. This completes the driver installation.
