How to check the Device Manager
- Start the Windows.
- On your screen, locate and click on [Start] button. From the Start menu, select [Settings] then click on [Control Panel].
- In the "Control Panel", double click on [System] icon, then the "System Properties" window appears.
- In the "System Properties" window, click on "Device Manager" tab. Then click on [+] mark next to "Display adapters", "Sound, video and game controllers", "Modem" or "Mouse" which you would like to show its detailed description. Once [+] mark turns to [-] mark, the description of device appears below.
