Q
Pressing "Volume" or "Mute" button on Multi Function Keyboard, nothing appears on the display.

This issue likely to happen after re-installing Windows.


Please follow the steps below.
  1. If the volume bar did not appear on the screen, locate and double click on My Computer, Control Panel and Multimedia Keyboard.

  2. Click on Help tab.

  3. Insert the Solo System CD into your either CD/DVD-ROM drive.

    Note: If the "Portable System CD" window pops up on your Windows desktop screen, close the window by clicking [X] mark where is located at the top of the right-hand corner of the window.

  4. Locate and double click on My Computer.

  5. Right click on D drive icon, select and click "Open".

  6. Locate and double click on the following folders.
    2150(1.5)\win95-98\Audio


  7. Please look for a file which is named as "Mixerbar". Once you find it, right click on the file, select and click "COPY".

  8. Locate and double click on My Computer again.

  9. Double click on C drive icon and "Windows" folder.

  10. When the Warning message appears, click "Show files".

  11. Locate and double click on the folders "Start Menu" and "Programs".

  12. Right click on "Startup" icon, select and click "paste".

  13. Close all of the windows and take out the System CD.

  14. Please restart your computer.

  15. Once restarted, please press sound function buttons to make sure they functions properly.
