How do I get rid of that Windows 95 Password Box that keeps appearing when the computer starts?

Follow the steps below:
- Locate and click the [Start] button. From the "Start" menu, point to "Settings" and then click [Control Panel].
- In the [Control Panel], double-click [Passwords]. Click the "User Profiles" tab.
- Select "All Users Use the Same Preferences". Click [OK].
- Locate and click the [Start] button. From the "Start" menu, point to "Find" and then click "Files or Foldersc".
- Type "*.pwl" in "Named:" box then click [Find Now].
- When the computer has finished searching, from the "Edit" menu, click "Select All". Then from the "File" menu, click "Delete".
- Close all open windows. On your screen, locate and click the [Start] button. From the "Start" menu, click "Shut Down". In the [Shut Down Windows] dialog box, click "Restart the computer", then click [Yes].
- When Windows has restarted, you are prompted for a user name and password. Type in a user name, but leave the password blank. Click [OK].
- You are prompted to confirm the passord. Do not type anything and press [Enter] key.
