This issue is for
|
- Reseat the power at both ends.
- Plug the monitor power plug into a wall electrical outlet or a different wall outlet.
- Swap the power cables from the computer to the monitor.
- Barify that the monitor is connected directly to the computer, using no switch box or estension cable.
- If available, swap to the another monitor.
- Reseat the monitor cable from behind of the computer.
If there is still no power to the monitor, please contact our technical support.
