To install the driver
Preparing for Installation
  System Restoration CD 3.0 or 3.1
The User's guide that came with your system

  1. Start up the system.

  2. Log in with Administrative rights.

  3. Insert the System CD in the CD/DVD-ROM drive.

    If the [System Restoration CD] window appears, click [x] button to close that window.

  4. Click [Start], [Settings], then [Control Panel].

  5. Double-click [Display].  The [Display Properties] appears.

  6. Click the [Settings] tab to bring that page to the front.

  7. Click [Display Type].  The [Display Type] appears.

  8. Click [Change].  The [Change Display] appears.

  9. Click [Have Disk].  The [Install from Disk] appears.

  10. In the [Copy manufacturer's files from] text box, type as below, then click [OK].  The [Change Display] appears.

    [D:] represents a letter of CD/DVD-ROM drive and vary in each system. If you do not know a letter of your CD/DVD-ROM drive, double click [My Computer]. At the bottom of CD/DVD-ROM icon, there's a name of CD/DVD-ROM drive like (D:),(E:),(R:), and so on.

  11. Make sure [STB Systems, Inc. Velocity 128 3D (Nvidia RIVA 128)] is highlighted, then click [OK].  The [Third Party Drivers] appears.

  12. Click [Yes].  The files copy, then [Installing Driver] appears stating the drivers have successfully installed.

  13. Click [OK].  The [Display Type] appears.

  14. Click [Close].  The [Display Properties] appears.

  15. Click [Close].  The [System Settings Change] appears, prompting you to restart the computer.

  16. Eject the System CD, and click [Yes].

  17. After Windows NT restarts, [Invalid Display Settings] appears stating that a new graphics device has been installed.

  18. Click [OK].  The [Display Properties]appears.

  19. Click [OK] to keep existing settings, or use the Display Properties window controls to make any changes you want to the display.
