Desktop System CD 6.6D or later version of System CD

- Start up your computer.
- Click [Start], [Settings], and [Control Panel].
- In the [Control Panel] window, double-click the [System] icon. The [System Properties] window appears.
- Click the [Device Manager] tab. Then click [PCI Communication Device] under [Other devices], and the [Properties] button. The Properties window appears.

 |  | If you can't find [PCI Communication Device], click the [+] sign next to [Other devices]. |
- Click [Driver] tab, and [Update Driver]. The [Update Device Driver Wizard] window appears.
- Click [Next]. A window asking [What do you want Windows to do?] appears.
- Click [Search for a better driver than the one...] to put a check on it, and [Next]. A window asking you to select the location where the driver is appears.
- Insert the System CD in the CD/DVD-ROM drive.

 |  | If the [Desktop System CD] window appears, click [x] button to close that window. |
- Click the [Specify a location] check box to put a check on it, and type as below. Then, click [Next]. A message [Windows driver file search for the device.] appears.

 |  | [D:] represents a letter of CD/DVD-ROM drive and vary in each system. If you don't know a letter of your CD/DVD-ROM drive, click the [My Computer] icon. At the bottom of CD/DVD-ROM icon, there's a name of CD/DVD-ROM drive like (D:),(E:),(R:), and so on. |
- Click [Next]. A message [Windows has finished installing an updated driver for your hardware device.] appears.
- Click [Finish]. The [LT PCI Modem Properties] window appears.
- Click [Close]. The [System Properties] window appears.
- Click [OK].
- Click [Start], and [Shut Down]. Then click [Restart], and [OK] to restart your computer. This completes the driver installation.
