Preparing for Installation

Desktop System CD 7.1D or above
|

- Start the Windows.
- Insert the Desktop System CD into your either CD/DVD-ROM drive.

 |  | If "Desktop System CD" window pops up on your Windows desktop screen, close the window by clicking [x] mark where is located at the top of the right-hand side corner of the window. |
- On your screen, locate and click on [Start] button. From the [Start] menu, click on [Run].
- In "Open" text box, type as below, then click on [OK]. The [Welcome] window appears.

 |  | (D:) represents a letter of CD/DVD-ROM drive and vary in each system. If you do not know a letter of your CD/DVD-ROM drive, double click on [My Computer] icon. At the bottom of CD/DVD-ROM icon, there is a drive letter of CD/DVD-ROM drive like a (D:),(E:),(R:) and so on. |
- Click on [Next]. The [Software License Agreement] window appears.
- Read through the license agreement. Click on [Yes] to agree with it and install the driver. The [Readme Information] window appears.
- Read through the information and click on [Next]. The [Setup Complete] window appears.
- Select "Yes, I want to restart my computer now", and click on [Finish] to restart your computer.
- Once Windows is restarted, the "System Settings Change" window appears.
- Click on [Yes] to restart your computer again. This completes the driver installation.
