Target
To install the driver
Preparing for Installation

Desktop System CD 6.8D or above
|

- Start the Windows.
- On your screen, locate and click on [Start] button. From the [Start] menu, select [Settings] then click on [Control Panel].
- In the [Control Panele], double click on [Display] icon. The [Display Properties] window appears.
- On the "Display Properties" window, click on "Settings" tab, then click on [Advanced] button.
- From the Properties window, click on "Adapter" tab, and click on [Change]. The [Update Device Driver Wizard] window appears.
- Click [Next].
- Select "Search for a better driver than the one your device is using now. (Recommended)", then click on [Next].
- When the window appears which is asking you to select the location of device driver files, insert the System CD into the CD/DVD-ROM drive.

 | | If "Desktop System CD" window pops up on your Windows desktop screen, close the window by clicking [x] mark where is located at the top of the right-hand side corner of the window. |
- Select "Specify a location" and remove the checkmark from the other check box. Then in the text box under "Specify a location", type as below and click on [Next].

| | (D:) represents a letter of CD/DVD-ROM drive and vary in each system. If you do not know a letter of your CD/DVD-ROM drive, double click on [My Computer] icon. At the bottom of CD/DVD-ROM icon, there is a drive letter of CD/DVD-ROM drive like a (D:),(E:),(R:) and so on. |
- When the [Windows has found an updated driver for this device] window appears, select "The updated driver (Recommended)" and click on [Next]. The [Windows driver file search for the device] window appears.
- Click [Next]. The [Update Device Driver Wizard] window with the message "Windows has finished installing an updated driver for your hardware device" appears.
- Click [Finish]. The [System Settings Change] window appears.
- Click on [Yes] to restart your computer.
- This completes the driver installation.
To confirm the Installation
- Locate and click on [Start], [Settings], and [Control Panel].
- Double click on [System] icon and click on "Device Manager" tab.
- On the "Device Manager" window, click [+] sign next to the "Display adapters". You will see "IntelR 82810 Graphics Controller 3.0" below the "Display adapters".
