To install the driver

Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack CD (CD-ROM)

- Start the Windows.
- Log on with Administrative rights.
- Insert Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 5 CD into your either CD/DVD-ROM drive.
- The "Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack" window automatically appears on Internet Explorer.

- Locate and click on [Start] button on your screen.
- From the Start menu, click on [Run].
- In "Open" text box, type D:\i386\Update\udpate.exe and click on [OK]. Then skip to step 7 of this procedure.
[D:] represents a letter of CD/DVD-ROM drive and vary in each system. Check the letter of your CD/DVD-ROM drive at My Computer.

- Click on "Install Service Pack 6" at the left side of the window, and then click on "Install Service Pack 5 for Intel-based systems" at the middle of the window.
- When the "Confirm File Open" window appears, click on [Open].
When the "Windows NT Service Pack Setup" window appears, read through the license agreement. Click on the check box "Accept the License Agreement (must accept before installing the Service Pack)" to agree with it and install the software. And then, click on "Install".
You can also click on [ReadMe] for further information before clicking on [Install].
- Files are copied onto your hard disk and the "Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 6 installation is complete" window appears. Click on [Restart] to restart your computer.
- This completes the installation.
To confirm the installation
- Restart the Windows.
- On your screen, double click on [My Computer] icon.
- From the menu at the top of the window, click on "Help".
- From the Help menu, locate and click on "About Windows NT".
- When the "About Windows NT R" window appears, make sure that "Service Pack 6" is displayed on the second line of the window.
