Procedure with pictures
- Start the Windows.
- Insert the System CD into your either CD/DVD-ROM drive.

 |  | If [System Restoration CD] window pops up on your Windows desktop screen, close the window by clicking [x] mark where is located at the top of the right-hand side corner of the window. |
- On your screen, locate and click on [Start] button. From the Start menu, click on [Run].
- In "Open" text box, type as below, then click on [OK].
D:\Solo2150\Win95-98\Modem\Setup.exe CAUTION
 |  | (D:) represents a letter of CD/DVD-ROM drive and vary in each system. If you do not know a letter of your CD/DVD-ROM drive, double click on [My Computer] icon. At the bottom of CD/DVD-ROM icon, there is a drive letter of CD/DVD-ROM drive like a (D:),(E:),(R:) and so on. |
- When the [Welcome] window appears, click on [Next].
- Files are copied onto your hard disk and the [Setup] window automatically closes. Take out the System CD from your CD/DVD-ROM drive.
- On your screen, locate and click on [Start] button. From the Start menu, click on [Shut Down].
- From the "Shut Down Windows", select "Restart" and click on [OK] to restart your computer.
To confirm the Installation - Locate and click on [Start], [Settings], and [Control Panel].
- Double click on [System] icon and click on [Device Manager] tab.
- On the [Device Manager] window, click [+] sign next to the "Modem" and "Sound, video and game controllers". You will see "Actiontec 56K V.90 Modem" below the "Modem", and "Voice Modem Serial Wave Device" or "Wave Device for Voice Modem" below the "Sound, video and game controllers".
