Procedure with pictures
- Start the Windows.
- Insert the Solo System CD into your either CD/DVD-ROM drive.

 |  | If [System Restoration CD] window pops up on your Windows desktop screen, close the window by clicking [x] mark where is located at the top of the right-hand side corner of the window. |
- On your screen, locate and click the [Start] button. From the Start menu, point to [Settings], then click [Control Panel], then double-click [Display].
- Click the [Settings] tab, then click Advanced Setting].
- The [Advanced Display Properties] dialog box appears. Click Change.
- Click [Have Disk].
- At the [Install From Disk] window, type as below in "Copy manufacturer's files from:" text box. Then click [OK].

 |  | (D:) represents a letter of CD/DVD-ROM drive and vary in each system. If you do not know a letter of your CD/DVD-ROM drive, double click on [My Computer] icon. At the bottom of CD/DVD-ROM icon, there is a drive letter of CD/DVD-ROM drive like a (D:),(E:),(R:) and so on. |
- At the [Select Device] window, select "NeoMagic MagicGraph 128XD", then click [OK].
- The [Advanced Display Properties] dialog box appears with the correct display drivers. Verify the "Monitor" settings while here.
- Click the "Monitor" tab, then click [Change].
- The [Select Device] dialog box appears. Under "Manufacturers", select "Standard Monitor Types", then select "Laptop Display Panel (800x600)" for 12.1" LCD or "Laptop Display Panel (1024x768)" for the 13.3" LCD. Click [OK].
- Notice the settings and options for monitors, then click [Close].
- On the [Settings] tab, the [Display Properties] dialog box appears. Click [Close].
- The [System Settings Change] dialog box appears prompting to restart the computer. Click [Yes] to restart.
