To install the driver
Preparing for Installation
  Solo Restoration CD 3.0D, 3.1D, 3.2D, 3.3D or 3.4D

    Procedure with pictures

  1. Start the Windows.

  2. Insert the Solo System CD into your either CD/DVD-ROM drive.

    If [System Restoration CD] window pops up on your Windows desktop screen, close the window by clicking [x] mark where is located at the top of the right-hand side corner of the window.

  3. On your screen, locate and click [Start] button.  From the [Start] menu, point to [Setting] and then clcik [Control Panel].

  4. Double click the [System] icon, and then click the [Device Manager] tab.

  5. Click "Other Devices", then remove both "Unknown Devices".

  6. The [Confirm Device Removal] dialog appears, click [OK].

  7. Click [Refresh].

  8. The [Update Device Driver Wizard] appears, and then click [Next].

  9. Click [Other Locations...].

  10. At the [Select Other Location], type as below in "Location" text box.   Then click [OK].

    D:\SOLO9100\WIN95-98\AUDIO

    (D:) represents a letter of CD/DVD-ROM drive and vary in each system. If you do not know a letter of your CD/DVD-ROM drive, double click on [My Computer] icon. At the bottom of CD/DVD-ROM icon, there is a drive letter of CD/DVD-ROM drive like a (D:),(E:),(R:) and so on.

  11. The "YAMAHA OPL3-Sax Sound System" is found, and then click [Finish].

  12. The [Insert Disk] window appears, click [OK].

  13. The [Copying files...] window appears.  Type as below in "Copy files from:" text box and then click [OK].

    D:\SOLO9100\WIN95-98\AUDIO

    (D:) represents a letter of CD/DVD-ROM drive and vary in each system. If you do not know a letter of your CD/DVD-ROM drive, double click on [My Computer] icon. At the bottom of CD/DVD-ROM icon, there is a drive letter of CD/DVD-ROM drive like a (D:),(E:),(R:) and so on.

  14. The [Insert Disk] dialog box appears.   Insert Windows 95 CD-ROM into your either CD/DVD-ROM drive and then click [OK].

  15. The [Copying Files...] window appears, type as below in "Copy files from:" text box and then click [OK].

  16. The computer copy the files and screen returns to [Device Manager].

  17. This completes the driver installation.
