Procedure with pictures
WARNING
 |  | This process erase all data on your hard drive. If you have the files that you do not want to erase, please make sure you make a back-up for these files. |
- Insert the "Operating System Back up CD" in the CD/DVD-ROM drive and restart the computer. The Following menu appears.
- Choose [2. Install Windows] and press [Enter] key. The [Install Type] dialog box appears. The default selection is Automatic Installation. Click [Next] to continue.
- The [Windows Reinstallation Options] appears. Select gI accept the terms of the agreementh, and then click [Next].
- The [Windows Reinstallation Options] dialog box shows three selections. Select "Delete all files on the computer before installing", and then click [Next].
- An [Image Cast] screen appears.
- The [Image Restoration Status] dialog box appears.
- The [Windows Me] logo screen appears
- Please wait while the copying files.
- The [Enter Network Password] dialog box appears. Enter a password you like or if you do not wish to enter the password, leave it blank and then click [OK].
- An [Insert CD] dialog box appears. Insert gSystem Restoration CDh in the CD/DVD-ROM drive, and then click [Cancel].
- The [Copyingc] dialog box appears and additional files are copied automatically.
- Once these files are copied, the Gateway Application Loader appears. You can remove the CD from the drive.
- The computer restarts several times. Do not press any key or buttons during this process.
