When you need latest drivers
- Before you download the drivers, please verify the name of the parts that are installed in your computer in accordance with the Gateway parts manual.
- Download the driver from "Download Service".
- If you are not sure about the procedure of installing driver even after you read the Readme.txt, please check the section of "Installation Guide" to get more accurate and detailed information.

About support
- All contents on these website pages are provided for an English based system of Gateway Japan. If you purchased Gateway products from other Gateway brunches, please go to each website to find more information.
- If your inquiry is related to setting up of your Internet or your network, software, hardware that you have installed by yourself, we are not able to answer to your questions. Please read through "Gateway Japan Limited Warranty" for coverage of our support.
When you contact us by an E-mail
- To give you more complete and accurate answer, please make sure to write your "Customer ID" and "Serial Number" when you contact us by an E-mail for your technical related questions.
- If you are not sure about your Customer ID and Serial Number of your computer, please refer to your invoice for the Customer ID. The Serial Number is located at either a backside of your computer or a side of your computer if you have a tower model. If you have a portable computer, the number should be located at a bottom side of the computer. The number starts from "00xxxxxx" or "01xxxxxx" that is on a small white sticker.
