Before you use!
The supporting range of "SUPPORT@"
"SUPPORT@" answers a question from who purchased the product from Gateway.
The following matters are the cases where we may not be able to answer. Please approve beforehand.
- A questions for Server and E-series product.
- A questions from who purchased at the auction.
The auction product has become out of support by the contract at the time of purchase.
- A binary mail, mail with a attached file.
In order to avoid the problem on security, there is a case which we are allowed to waste as it is.
- A questions from a substitute. Ask us from those who purchased.
- When you need the reply by the methods other than mail.
The time required to a reply
A questions by a mail has been answered in the order of a receptionist. However, according to the contents of mail, it takes time.
The cautions at the time of mail form entry
- Please write down your Customer ID (Our Customer ID is not include any English letters). Customer ID is on either Order Accknowledgement, Invoice, or Packing List.
- When a Customer ID is unknown, please confirm to your company is purchaser, and write down a "company name" and "the name who purchased of" in the column of a name.
- When a Customer ID is unknown because Product of our company is purchased via a broker, please confirm Customer ID to the broker.
- In the case of Tower/Desktop/Gateway PROFILE, Serial No. is written onto the white sticker on the back or backside of a system. In the case of Portable, it is written onto the white sticker on the backside of a system.
- Please input your correct mail address. If you miss to type the address, we can not return the mail.
Other notes
- Since there is a problem on security, please do not use "SUPPORT @" for your confirmation of a credit card number.
- Please connect the estimate before purchase, and a purchase request to our sales depertment for you.
